- Standard delivery time is 5–15 business days, depending on the delivery location.

- Customers will be notified in case of any significant delay in order dispatch or delivery.
Return Policy
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product under the following conditions:
- Product is received in a damaged condition.
- Incorrect product has been delivered.
- Product has a manufacturing defect.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Please note that customized, made-to-order, special-order, or clearance products are not eligible for return, unless they are received damaged or defective.
Refund Policy
Once the returned product has been received and successfully inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error from our side.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
- Customized or special-order products cannot be cancelled once production or processing has begun.
